Fraser Coast Cultural Centre, Hervey Bay QLD

Fraser Coast Regional Council engaged GHD Pty Ltd for the Design and construction management of a new Civic icon - their Cultural Centre in Hervey Bay.

Jaime Muller acted as lead interior Designer in collaboration with Grant Calder (Architect), providing services from client briefing through to Design development, documentation, authority submissions and Construction management.
The new building encompasses a Regional Art gallery, function space, access gallery, retail facility, interactive environment and tourism offices.

The project was succesfully completed on time and on budget late 2012.
The client and local spokespersons are thrilled with the facility, which is fast becoming a hub for local events and cultural activities.
McDonald's Headquarters, QLD

A new purpose-built office building was commissioned for McDonald's Queensland staff in 2008/2009. The three story building was to accomodate the many functions of McDonald's staff: property, franchisee, administration, finance, legal department, restaurant staff training, large board meetings and more.

Jaime Muller acted as lead interior designer with lead Architect Geoff Donaldson of PA Architects.
The new corporate environment has helped to foster a more open, collaborative and creative culture for McDonald's QLD staff.

The project was completed in late 2009, whilst Jaime Muller was an employee of PA Architects Pty Ltd.
GHD Head Office, Brisbane

In 2010, GHD Pty Ltd embarked on the extensive task of relocating their over 800 Brisbane staff from three separate buildings into one new office building.

The Interior design and building services teams worked to create a new corporate culture within fitouts on Levels 2 through 9 in the new building 'King George Central, Ann St Brisbane.
The new offices achieved a 4 star green star rating, and have encouraged open staff interaction and a positive corporate culture.

Jaime Muller performed a design management and contract administrative role on this project, which was completed mid 2012.
All work was undertaken as an employee of GHD Pty Ltd.
