Muller Design Solutions is a collective of creative thinkers and design professionals based in Brisbane. Director and Interior Architect, Jaime Muller has over twenty years of commercial interior design experience and a passion for innovative, practical and cost appropriate design solutions. At Muller Design Solutions, we believe in timeless, appropriate and forward-thinking solutions and the power of creativity and collaboration to realise these solutions.

• Conceptual design phase including 3D presentations and clear client communication

• Design development including lead consultant role with engineers and required consultants

• Tender documentation and liaison with local authorities and sub consultants

• lodging of local authority applications

• Site attendance and (if required) contract administration

 

Muller Design Solutions can also provide you with consultation services to suit your smaller projects or events which may include:

• Styling/art direction for events or photography 

Jaime graduated University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Design studies, with major in Interior Design.

Since then, Jaime has worked for small to medium architectural and design practices and one international engineering and Architecture firm, building valuable experience in the retail, workplace, food and beverage, civic, Government and Education sectors. Jaime is currently working on a number of commercial projects and lecturing at Torrens University and Griffith University in the Bachelor of Interior Design degree.

 

Highly experienced in delivering design solutions with commercial objectives, some of Jaime's commercial clients have included McDonalds Australia, WorkCover QLD, AAMI, Suncorp, and Mater private Fourth Floor Surgery.

Education and Government clients have included University of Southern Queensland, University of Queensland, Fraser Coast Regional Council, and Australian Customs and Border protection Services.

 

Jaime is well known for her creativity, attention to detail and passion to see design problems resolved in the manner most suited to the client's objectives be they timing, budgetary, aesthetic, experiential, commercial or any number of other objectives.

She has had extensive experience leading teams, collaborating with colleagues, briefing and coordinating sub-consultants, submitting local authority applications and overseeing projects from client briefing through to practical completion.



From her over twenty years' experience, Jaime has found that the moment of challenge or obstacle in any design process is the moment of opportunity, where the designer is faced with the need to abandon the obvious, and agonise over what has not yet been considered.
